Job Description
- Business Development Executive at International Organisation of Software Developers is the manager of the 3 business model of the organisation and takes care of the relationships of all the stakeholders in each of these business operations.
The Responsibilities of BDE will be:
- Develop organisation's scope across the region
- Assist the corporate team to manage, engage with and convert leads
- Work closely with the corporate team and communicate with prospects to chase weekly/monthly targets
- Develop business and attract more clients
- Develop ideas and implement them for brand awareness
- Manage relationship amongst various stakeholders in the operations
- Candidate must have strong problem-solving and creative skills. an ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Team working and leadership skills.
- Managing Students and mentor relationship in this dynamic work environment.
- Product Management and using the resources to the utmost while keeping the spirits of all the teammates high.
