Job Description
We are looking in for a Business Development Executive with 5 years of experience in field of IT Sales(Online Bidder). The ideal candidate should have experiences in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintain the existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to
- identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Good at networking
- Have a proven track record of selling E-commerce Solutions, digital services and Customized Applications to leading brands and corporate organizations
- Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
- Responsible for complete sales process from lead generation to conversion
- have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work Independently.
- exceptional experience in bidding online and generating revenue.
- huge knowledge of drafting business proposals.
- good understanding of online bidding process.
- with Upwork, Guru, Work N Hire, Freelancer online bidding portals.
- ability to estimate the project price based on the requirement gathered.
- ability to write web content, draft emails and proposals.
- gathered customer needs and worked with the development team to implement changes based on feedback.
- involve in Sales strategies for generating more revenue for the organization.
- identified “bottlenecks” and implemented new and improved processes and policies.
- skilled in conducting competitor analysis to study marketing trends/competitor moves thus achieve market share.
- Email marketing.
- ability to facilitate all interpersonal communication.
- requirement gathering for Web Services, App Services, Salesforce and SEO.

Qualifications
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

- CRM experience is preferred
