Roles and Responsibilities:

• Appointing Social Entrepreneurs in the villages and establishing new water plants in the rural villages with the help of NGO's, MLA,MP, CSR, NRI's for this company will provide basic leads
  
• Monthly minimum 4 plants should be converted to 99K. Company will provide existing waterplants to convert. Over a period of time new leads also providedby the company.
  
• Should be punctual and start work along with the required material like 99k brochures, TDSMeter & Electrolyzer, including plant document copies like Work Order, Agreement, Resolution,Village survey report, and Operator HR formality document copies. Responsible to Collect the documents from concern CA before visiting the plant.
  
• Cross verity plant working condition, provide training to the plant operator in Operation,Maintenance, Reconciliation of cash collection, data and record maintenance
  
• Ensure all the records are properly checked, validate them and train the operator if required
  
• Observe inside the shed and surroundings, beautification, neatness like flexi/signboard, paint,cleanliness, plantation etc.
  
• Need to visit a single plant for 2-3 days or more and need to get the solution to convert it into 99 k
  
• Plant should be in running condition
  
• Deposit the pending sales amount,
  
• Appearance of the plant and operator, any deviations then need to rectify the same without any delay and with proper approvals
  
• Update village survey report
  
• Interacting with prospective 99 k customers(at least 20 members), collect the info(Name, contact no., email id etc.,)
  
• Promotional activities like showing photos, video’s and conduct awareness programs,explain to the villagers, in schools/public gatherings, other places where people gather regarding the plant and give the practical demo with the help of TDS Meter &Electrolyzer (explain the difference between normal water and safe drinking water)and finally convert to 99k Plant
  
• Responsible for the collection of amount at all the plants and ensuring to deposit the same immediately
