Job Description
1. You will be responsible for a product adoption, account growth and account success.
2. Monitor health and proactively reach out to accounts based on key metrics/events/triggers specifically those customers that have low adoption.
3. Build strategies to enable the partner network and deliver results on Gross retention and Net retention.
4. Own KRAs : Voucher listed, ROI risky, Last 30 days connected, Denial rates and NPS
5. Field Sales is mandatory.
6. Account management experience, preferably for [redacted]
7. Outstanding multi-task task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities
