- Preparation of training proposals
- Coordinating with Trainers & Consultants of MPower
- Attending workshops
- Post-training work
- Strong communication skills
- Achievement Orientation
- Willingness to travel. (Travelling is for attending pre-fixed meetings with CEOs & Head HRs, attending the training programs anywhere in India.
- Average days of training would around 4-5 per month.
- The travel would be by flight / 3AC.
- Pick up & drop and stay would be borne by the company.)
- Negotiation skills
