Job Description
- Good experience in need identification, need crystallization, need Justification, Negotiations & Closure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure with all digital communication means
- Generating leads through various marketing activities including digital means
- Ability to understand customer requirements, analyzing it w.r.t. to our products features, estimating the offer w.r.t licensing/customization/implementation, preparation of proposals, demonstration coordination, negotiation, closure, agreement signup along with advance payment collection.
- Co-ordination ability with other division of the company in delivering customer requirements (such as product division, delivery team, support team etc.)
- Being up-to-date with own and competitive products
- Periodic market analysis and feedback
- Developing customer and industry specific sales strategies
- Achieving the targets and goals set for the area assigned.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Relationship management with existing customers
- Increasing business opportunity by identifying new potential markets/segments
- Year on year growth centricity
- Collecting and reporting back customer and market feedback including escalation as necessary
- Following proper reporting structure to the superiors assigned
