Job Description
- Attend pre-scheduled business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Clarify all the queries pertaining to Mealocity’s products/services and get the merchant onboard.
- Maintain & expand merchant database within your assigned territory.
- Develop positive relationships with merchants and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Suggest actions, innovative ideas to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create plans to address merchant’s business needs and advise on creating profitable processes through our products/services.
- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
