Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates should be Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce /Arts.
  
• Preferably a DBM/MBA in Marketing OR International Business from a reputed institute.
  
• The position calls for hands-on experience in managing client databases/email campaigns
  
• The candidate should have sales experience with international (US) clients, preferably in telephonic-sales (outbound calling)
  
• Candidates with knowledge in graphics technologies will be given priority.
  
• Neutral Accent, ability to speak to USA/UK clients
  

 Job Responsibilities:        

 Assist the Mgmt team in pre-sales and sales activities for the US distributor market.

• Manage mailing/calling campaigns with BDM & SA team. Work with BDM/SA team to ensure the website is constantly updated.
• Set daily appointments, ensure that appointments and demonstrations fixed through sales calls are answered properly and in a timely manner
• Follow up and precipitate/close sales with prospects
• Fix-up online demonstrations and personal visits where required for interested prospects.
• Prepare proposals and communicate the same to the prospects
• Provide up to date MIS reports on prospects/customers.
• Ensuring specified numbers of contacts on a monthly basis.
• Follow up on interested prospects and precipitate sales with prospects for where services have already been built and setup.
• Coordinate daily communication/follow-up requirements with BDM/VP.
• Maintain day to day records and manage client relationships on an ongoing basis accordingly.
• Creation of daily and weekly reports for market analysis.
