Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with small to mid-size companies in providing similar services for their IT needs. Also recruit and place direct hires as requested by clients.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining new business, contract negotiations, and problem resolution.
- Interacting with Recruiters and account managers and gather requirements as part of gap analysis.
- Demonstrate a high level of prospecting and cold calling.
- Generate business leads through targeted cold calling, as well as growing and expanding an active network of talented IT professionals
- Work with Tier-1 to effectively identify resourcing and organizational needs
- Generating leads of various IT companies and identifying point of contacts through various search engines like Zoom Info and LinkedIn.
- Responsible for gathering requirements from End clients, Implementation partners and Tier 1 client.
- Interacting with clients on daily basis for new contract, contract to hire and permanent job orders, gathering detailed information and understanding the clients requirements and convey the same to the recruiting teams.
- Aggressively market best candidates through various job portals, contacts, leads and cold calling within qualified tier 1 contacts i.e Instant Submittal
- Responsible for handling and collecting pending invoices from subcontracting companies and mid clients.
- Introducing new clients to the company and signing contracts with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners and involve in end to end full sales cycle.
- Generating revenues and penetrating through existing accounts and new accounts.
