- Responding the clients questions and explaining the company services.
- Follow-up with the clients via email or phone for documents collection.
- Creating a good relationship with the clients and company.
- Understanding the needs of clients and sell the services to them on the basis of their needs.
- Pitching prospects for Company registration, GST Registration e.t.c.
- Inbound/Outbound Calling for digital enquires about CA/CS/Legal services.
- B2B Sales for Company registration
- Customer Serving.
- Cold calling for Inbound leads.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Preparing Sales displays.
- Sharing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
