Here's your chance to work as a Business Development Executive with one of reputed Training & Development institute at Pune. A division of CADD Centre, Synergy School of Business Skills is India’s largest network of management training institute, dedicated to providing short-term programmes for professionals in corporate/life skills, project management, operational excellence, and people skills.
- Location : Pune
Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively identify sales leads including new markets, customers, growth areas, trends, products & services. Understand the needs of our customers & be able to respond effectively. Devise a proactive customer communication plan. Ensure that our customer communication & service is best in class.
- Have a good understanding about the services that the Synergy offers, be able to communicate knowledgeably about them & to promote Synergy courses to new & current customers (Colleges, Corporate, Company, Individual etc.)
- Ensure the contracts, quotes, reports, etc. meet all requirements
- Visit minimum 4/5 colleges / companies to promote Synergy courses & make MOUs & bring training contracts.
- Arrange minimum 1/2 demo classes at Training centre for respective training courses.
- Promote Synergy training courses with Digital marketing to get more leads
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA
- Good communication skills (English)
- Advance Excel / Power Point / Email writing
- Digital Marketing Certification (added advantage)
- Willing to travel / visit colleges, companies, corporate etc.
- Full time / Part time / Commission basis
