Job Description
Roles and responsibilities as Business Development Executive :
1. Deploy business strategy initiatives for market visibility, penetration, and revenue generation.
2. Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection
3. Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email to ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers.
4. Maximize sales and profitability while dealing with clients.
5. Develop a lasting relationship with the clients.
6. Follow up on the qualified prospects.
7. Analyze the market trends and provide timely feedback.
8. Update and maintain the daily sales reports.
9. Ensure timely delivery of service to clients.
10. Contribute creative solutions to manage the sales of a growing company.
11. Ensure the conversion of potential leads into clients.
12. Update operations and sales-related data in Excel or Google Docs.
13. Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
