Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of lead generation for products and services of Inflolabs
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Create concepts to test and validate marketing campaign ideas
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Work in close collaboration with our VP - Sales to take the sales to next level

  • Innovate new marketing and sales ideas

What we expect

  • Desire to succeed in the area of sales and marketing ( Freshers are welcome )
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • MBA/MSc/BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field (BE/BTech/MTech)
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and Organisation skills

Considered a plus

  • Solid understanding of social media marketing
  • You have already worked in a startup
