Qualification - Open to all backgrounds
3 Months probation period
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.

Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, or in-person visits to present the company’s products or services.
2. Client Relationship Management
-
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.

Conduct regular follow-ups and address client queries or concerns promptly.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.

Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and management to develop and execute business growth strategies.
4. Market Analysis
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and customer engagement.

Stay updated on industry developments and recommend new services or products to the management.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business transactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue.

Present progress reports to senior management and suggest improvements in strategy.
