We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a fresher in this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to identify business opportunities
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, and cold calling. Qualify leads based on company criteria and assess potential for business collaboration.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
Sales Negotiation:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that meet the client's needs. Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and secure new business.Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business development concepts.
