Business Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This involves setting targets, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing timelines for achieving business growth goals.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Prospecting potential clients and qualifying leads based on their fit with the company's products or services.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Engaging with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing partnerships with other businesses, organizations, or industry stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial collaborations. Negotiating partnership agreements and managing ongoing partnerships to maximize value for the company.
Proposal Development and Presentation: Developing compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients or partners. Presenting proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers to secure new business opportunities or partnerships.
Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, including tracking leads, following up on prospects, and converting opportunities into revenue-generating deals. Utilizing CRM software or other tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and forecasts for business growth. Providing input and insights based on market analysis and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
