Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through sales, partnerships, and market expansion. This role involves a combination of lead generation, client communication, market research, and strategic outreach to help the company reach its revenue targets.
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers in the USA (schools, universities, institutions, and event companies)
- Introduce the company’s products: graduation gowns, caps, sashes, hoods, and accessories
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate CRM records
- Share product catalogs, answer pricing and customization queries
- Follow up on sample requests, quotations, and order status
- Schedule Zoom/Google Meet meetings for high-potential clients (if needed)
- Work closely with the sales and production team for smooth order flow
- Meet weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Required Skills and Competencies:

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
