Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1 to 3 years (Education/EdTech sector preferred)
Salary: 1.2 LPA (with incentive up to 3.6 LPA)
Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities, building strong relationships with private/government
colleges, and corporate clients, and promoting the services of BE Career
Academy. The role requires an energetic, self-motivated, proactive professional
with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and connect with potential clients and partners (colleges, institutes, job consultancies, etc.)
· Develop and maintain strong relationships to generate leads and business opportunities
· Present and promote BE Career Academy's services to prospects
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional strategies
· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
· Provide regular updates and reports on business activities and pipeline
· Represent the academy in online meetings, webinars, and industry events as per business needs
Skills Required:
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Prior experience in education/EdTech or consultancy sector is an added advantage
