Designation: Business Development Executive
Job Description
End to End Sales - 70% inside sales and 30% field sales (fixed meetings)
- 1. Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals or prospective students each day from the leads/database present on lead squared CRM.
- 2. Leading prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & create a strong pipeline
- 3. Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
- 4. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- 5. Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment
- 6. Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Pay Scale: Rs. 20000-30000
