Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, online platforms, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients to pitch products/services, schedule meetings, and follow up to convert leads into business opportunities.

Sales Development: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to close deals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify potential business areas and opportunities.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions, sales, and progress reports. Use CRM tools or Excel sheets as required.

Digital Outreach (if applicable): Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital tools to connect with prospects and generate interest.
