Job Title Business Development Executive (Cyber Security Services)

Wework with CXOs and IT leaders to deliver assessments, audits, and implementationservices tailored to their environment. We have been in the IT industry sine the past 36years.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible forgenerating new business opportunities by reaching out to target companies, initiatingconversations, and booking qualified meetings for our senior team. This is a purehunting role focused on outbound activities (calls, visits, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and isideal for someone who enjoys talking to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and reach out to prospective clients within the assignedterritory and target segments. • Make daily outbound calls to company board lines and direct contacts tointroduce our cyber security and compliance offerings. • Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email to follow up with prospects, share companyinformation, and nurture interest. • Engage with mid-level contacts (IT managers, admins, assistants) and CIOs,CTOs, business owners, and other key decision-makers. • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings (virtual or in-person) for themanagement/technical team, ensuring all relevant details are captured. • Maintain and update all prospect and activity information in the company’sCRM/ERP system on a regular basis. • Provide daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, meetings scheduled, andpipeline status. • Participate in important client meetings (as required) for continuity andrelationship building. 
RequirementsEducation • Bachelor’s degree. • Sales/Marketing background is a plus, but not compulsory.Experience • 1–3 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales, preferably in: • IT services/solutions • Telecom/internet services • SaaS or software products • Banking / Insurance • Other business services selling to companiesSkills & Competencies • Strong communication skills in English and local language. • Confident in making cold calls and engaging new prospects. • Basic understanding of using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/CRMtools. • Presentable, professional appearance with the ability to interact with seniorexecutives. • High energy, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejection and objections. • Good time management, planning, and documentation skills.Compensation & Benefits • Fixed monthly salary: 25,000-30,000 • Performance-based incentives linked to target achievement. • Opportunity to grow in B2B sales within the cyber security and compliancedomain.  Work Location • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat • Work Mode: In Office
