Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the company through sales and market expansion efforts. The BDE works closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive business goals and improve customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels, including email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings.

Qualify leads based on their potential to convert into long-term clients.

Client Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in targeted companies.

Communicate the company's value proposition to clients and address their needs, concerns, and objectives.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor.

Sales and Negotiation:

Develop and present customized proposals, pricing, and service offerings to prospective clients.

Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet sales targets.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Analyze market conditions to develop strategies that help the company stay competitive and grow.

Provide insights on market developments, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to support business strategy.

Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including meetings, calls, emails, and contracts, in CRM tools or sales management software.
