We are looking for a Business Development Executive for CBS Publishers & Distributors Pvt Ltd who will be responsible for bringing out corporate business sales from Nursing Institutes, coaching classes, and channel partners. In addition, you will be responsible for building relations with Faculties, Principles, Channel Partners to get institutional/corporate sales
You will also be responsible for marketing and Branding of Nursing Next Live at various levels and attending multiple National/State Level Conference/CNE's/Workup's/ College Exhibitions for giving product presentations
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The candidate will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of SMART DIGITAL LIBRARY concept in institution /B2B/Channel Partner Sales, where they need to generate targeted sales every month to achieve the overall monthly target of NNL sales
2. You will be primarily responsible for promoting and sales of CBS Nursing Titles, Target High, Nursing Next Live, and secondarily accountable for promoting CBS PGMEE/PREP MANUALS & MBBS DECODE SERIES in your assigned Area.
3. You need to build good PR relations with your assigned area dealers and institutes and have to be in touch with them regularly for Sharing New Book Info, Collecting Orders, Regular Follow Stock Positions, Sales Feedback, and Collecting Payments
4. You have to work with proper planning, preparation and you should have the following skills like proactive approach; never give up, unstoppable working attitude, commitment and dedication, time is not important, work is important, and most important need to take complete ownership of your assigned Area, Targets and full Roles & Responsibilities.
5. They need to be in touch with all the Nursing colleges of India through emails and calls and work on the potential colleges from proposal until final sales. However, the candidate will be wholly involved in all the processes and have to take various initiatives and follow-ups
6. From time to time, they need to upgrade /product knowledge and will also keep a check on current & upcoming market competition
7. The candidate has to prepare various strategies and proposals such as multiple PowerPoint presentations, video presentations, covering letters, etc. and also have to work on out of box ideas to achieve your targets
8. Candidates have to visit nursing colleges, coaching institutes, channel partners, and hospitals and attend and organize CNEs & conferences from time to time to give presentations for Nursing Next Live.
9. The candidate has to work on giving franchises to channel partners and also need to open smart digital library outlets in prominent cities
10. The candidate needs to take care of offline marketing and Branding for increasing awareness of the product and make should the brand visibility to the assigned area will be the best
11. The candidate should be target oriented & able to work under sales pressure and should take ownership of sales
12. The candidate's roles and responsibilities will not only limit to the points mentioned above; in the future, seeing the project scope, more duties can also be added, seeing their stature and performance.
