Key Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.

Develop proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue.

Market Research & Analysis

Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide insights to management for business planning and strategy development.

Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets.

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing teams to run campaigns for lead generation.

Coordinate with operations, finance, and product teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Share client feedback with internal teams for continuous product/service improvement.

Support senior management in developing strategies to expand market presence.

Post-Sales Support

Ensure timely follow-up after closing deals.

Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Help clients with onboarding processes, documentation, and payment coordination.
