Experience: 6 months +Location: Chennai (Work from office)

Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for generating new leads and converting prospects into customers. This role involves a combination of cold calling and email marketing to engage potential clients and drive revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will work under the guidance of the Team Lead to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
● Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
● Identify decision-makers within the prospect's organization and establish contact.
● Deliver compelling pitches to generate interest and schedule appointments for further discussions.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Email Marketing:
● Create and manage email marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience.
● Craft persuasive email content that aligns with the company's value proposition.
● Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, optimizing content and strategies for improved results.
● Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations.
Lead Generation:
● Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.
● Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration:
● Work closely with the Team Lead and other sales team members to achieve collective sales goals.
● Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the team.

Qualifications:
● Any bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in cold calling and email marketing.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and 
email marketing platforms.
● Basic understanding of the products/services offered by the company.
