Job Description
Background & Skills:Development of Prospect Pipeline through identification and focused research. Making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the USA, Canada & Israel markets. Follow up on project-based inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries, and get the concerned point of contact interested in setting up appointments. Update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts. Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads. Excellent communication skills - The candidate will be required to deal with prospects from the International Market Ability to communicate with Owner / President / Managing Director or C-level executives. Selling BIM design services in the AEC sector (Architecture / Civil / MEP).
KEY COMPETENCIES:Excellent verbal and written communication – Fluent in English is Must. Fast learner who can adapt to change. Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly. Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call. Work under minimal observation. Knowledge of Excel & PPT must.
