Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and management teams to help expand the company's client base and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in [industry].
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
