Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Lead Generation

Conduct thorough research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Generate new business leads through a variety of channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.

Maintain and expand a database of potential clients.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
-
Approach prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services.

Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, or demos to pitch offerings.

Understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Sales & Business Conversion
-
Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers.

Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal team.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policies.

Follow up consistently to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
4. Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration & Team Support

Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and market demands.

Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and strategic planning initiatives.
6. Branding & Representation
-
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness.

Uphold the company’s image, values, and messaging during all interactions with clients or partners.
