Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients in the target market through research, networking, cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and field visits.

Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT method or similar).

Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and update leads in CRM systems or tracking tools.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, or business conferences to connect with potential clients.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

Establish strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication.

Understand client requirements in detail and provide customized proposals or presentations.

Act as a point of contact between the company and the client during the pre-sales and post-sales process.

Follow up on leads, resolve client queries, and build long-term rapport.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Present company products or services to prospective clients in a convincing and professional manner.

Conduct demos, meetings, or product presentations (online or in-person) to showcase features and benefits.

Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and contracts in line with company pricing policies.
4. Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Conduct SWOT analysis to identify new markets or product development opportunities.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client responses and market insights.

Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, sales progress, and follow-ups.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Use CRM tools to track leads, update sales activities, and manage client databases.

Monitor KPIs such as lead-to-conversion ratio, deal size, and sales cycle duration.
