A Business Development Executive Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves market research, client acquisition, sales strategy execution, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Generate and qualify leads to convert potential clients into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Offer customized solutions to clients based on their requirements.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and deal closures.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to expand the company’s reach.
