Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for Business Analysis and Data Mining through internet-based tools.
• Creation, Suggestion and execution of business development strategies.
• Should be able to plan, formulate and implement strategies, for reaching out to unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.
• Generate leads/requirements from new clients and existing clients.
• Introduce company services to new prospects/clients.
• Consistent follow-ups with clients to develop long-term relationships.
• Will be required to negotiate, close deals and manage client’s accounts end-to-end.
• Work in a highly competitive environment to do Business Analysis and develop new customer base through innovative methods and interventions without compromising on the set quality standards
• Making proposals for the clients.
• Experience in handling a team would be an advantage.
• Daily reporting & MIS.

Other Information:

• Candidate will be working as a Business Development Executive- Trainee for 6 months.
• Initially 3 months, there will be no stipend. After 3 months stipend of Rs. 5000/-per month will be paid.
• After 6 months of training, the candidate will go through H.R. interview to attain an Assistant Manager Business Development position in the company.
