Your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities:
1. Procure new clients through collaboration with the marketing department.
2. Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
3. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
4. Suggest upgrades or additional products and services of interest to clients.
5. Craft business proposals and contracts to enhance revenue from clients.
6. Negotiate with clients to secure attractive prices.
7. Equip staff with the technical and social skills necessary to enhance sales.
8. Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
9. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure offerings remain relevant.
