Job Description

• We are seeking a professional and motivated team player to support the business imperatives of the business development team. 
• This team works closely with corporate venturing and product development organizations to identify innovative services, products and business models with the intent to diversify Niki's revenue streams and enhance our product offerings.
  

• The Business Development role at Niki.ai is a dynamic role which includes various tasks such as,
  

• You will have the unique opportunity to help shape the business development strategy of new program areas and campaigns and be exposed to a higher level of responsibility than at a typical organization, taking ownership of partnership building and relationship development.
  
• The will help with outreach and business development duties as assigned, which will include:
  
• Researching and identifying potential partnerships for product penetration and expanding the business.
  
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with current partners and develop new opportunities.
  
• Closely working with the marketing team in helping to shape the marketing strategy of new program areas.
  

• Work and collaborate across staff and internal departments to support in performing various analytical special projects, including working with spreadsheet, presentation and/or database applications to create reports for department or office meetings.
  
• Administration & Operations:
  
• Work closely with teams to smoothen operational issues.
  
• Processes reports and paperwork to and from corporate offices.
  
• Special administrative tasks as they arise.
  
• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  

• Education/Training/Work Experience:
  
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or must be currently pursuing Bachelor's or MBA Degree.
  
• Should be available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
  
• Qualifications and Desired skills:
  
• Good organizational and execution skills, key attention to detail
  
• A self starter
  
• Strong team player who can work independently
  
• Fluency in English - High level of written and oral communication.
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  
• Customer centric in nature.
