About the Opportunity
We are looking for passionate, proactive, and curious freshers who want to build a career in business development and B2B SaaS sales. During this three-month internship, you will learn to engage with prospects across both inbound and outbound channels, understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities, and support the sales process. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication, ownership, consistency, learning agility, and performance will be considered for a full-time placement offer after the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound lead management: Respond to incoming enquiries, understand prospect requirements, qualify leads, and follow up to schedule product demonstrations.
• Outbound prospecting: Identify potential customers and initiate conversations through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Lead qualification: Ask relevant questions to understand business challenges, assess fit, and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Follow-ups and nurturing: Maintain timely, consistent follow-ups with inbound and outbound prospects and move opportunities to the next stage.
• Product communication: Explain Corefactors’ value proposition clearly and connect product capabilities to customer needs.
• Objection handling: Understand prospect concerns, respond professionally, and know when to follow up or close the conversation respectfully.
• CRM discipline: Maintain accurate lead records, log interactions, update lead status, and ensure follow-up actions are not missed.
• Team collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos, share prospect context, and improve lead conversion.
• Target ownership: Work towards assigned activity, lead qualification, follow-up, and demo-booking targets.

• Follow-through: Discipline in managing follow-ups, commitments, and CRM updates.
• Coachability: Openness to feedback, practice, and continuous improvement.

Prior sales experience is not mandatory. We value attitude, clarity, learning agility, and consistent execution.

Three-Month Internship Plan

• Month 1 — Learn: Understand Corefactors, its products and target customers. Train in inbound lead response, prospecting, qualification, CRM usage, communication, and objection handling.
• Month 2 — Practise and Execute: Handle assigned inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting activities with guidance. Manage follow-ups, qualify leads, and support demo scheduling.
• Month 3 — Demonstrate Performance: Manage assigned activities with greater independence, demonstrate consistent follow-through, and undergo a structured evaluation for full-time placement consideration.

Full-Time Placement Evaluation
Placement consideration will be based on:

• Communication skills and clarity of thought.
• Quality of inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to understand and qualify customer requirements.
• Objection and rejection handling.
• Follow-up discipline, CRM hygiene, and ownership.
• Achievement of assigned targets, coachability, and overall performance.

Completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee a full-time offer. Placement will depend on performance and successful completion of the evaluation process.

Compensation
Internship stipend: To be communicated during the selection process.
Full-time placement: CTC of up to ₹3.5 LPA, subject to successful evaluation and the final offer.
