Business Development (Intern-to-Hire)Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi (Hybrid | 3 days in-office)
We’re a specialist search firm working with fintechs, MNC banks, and hedge funds across India, hiring mid-to-senior talent. This role sits at the intersection of finance, business, and people.If you’re serious about building a career in finance/business/ executive search, this is a front-row seat.
What you’ll do● Speak with senior professionals (VPs, Directors, CXOs) across banks, fintechs, and hedge funds● Run cold outreach (calls + LinkedIn) to map talent in niche financial roles● Understand mandates across credit, risk, investments, trading, and strategy● Do deep research on companies, roles, and talent pools● Build conviction and pitch opportunities confidently to senior candidates
Who we’re looking for● 1–2 internships (any mix of finance / business / recruiting / sales)● Demonstrable experience with cold calling and front-facing conversations● Can hold a conversation with senior professionals (confidence matters more than polish)● Basic understanding of business/finance concepts● Research-driven mindset● Strong preference: prior business development / client-facing experience
