Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to incoming marketing leads and assess their qualification
2. Identify customer needs and requirements
3. Drive B2B Sales through outbound and inbound channels (Indiamart, Alibaba)
4. Communicate effectively across various platforms
5. Prioritize leads based on scoring and Lifetime Value (LTV)
6. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to address customer challenges
7. Present solutions on our products and services to leads
8. Arrange samples for qualified leads and nurture them through multiple communication channels
9. Document records in our CRM and utilize CRM data to generate accurate reports for leads
10. Follow up consistently with leads
11. Handle high-pressure situations and demonstrate motivation in target-based roles
Requirements:
1. Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
2. Strong communication skills in English
3. Proficiency in email and telephonic conversations
4. Understanding of conversational etiquette in digital communication
5. Bachelor's degree
6. Availability for shifts
7. Possess a functional laptop
8. Willingness to work night shifts
