We are looking for an Online Business Development Manager to generate sales via online channels which includes
a special focus towards online bidding and other sources. The leads have to be generated in the context of website
development, digital marketing (SEO/SMO/PPC etc.), portal development, CRM and others targeting established,
medium to high level businesses. A continous and systematic approach have to be executed by the manager in
order to acquire a web lead and nurture it to perfection so that the conversions are on a higher side. A complete
log/record table has to be maintained for the leads/sales being handled by the manager.
Generate business leads through online bidding, cold calling, email marketing, social media etc. for web and mobile application design and development. Identifying potential clients & negotiating them till closure.
+ Identifying new opportunities & developing new markets entry strategies.
+ Researching and analyzing sales options.
+ Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;recommending solutions.
+ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
+ Researching and recommending new opportunities.
+ Recommending profit and service improvements.
+ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
+ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
A minimum experience of 2-3 years in online bidding.
Experience with Bid Writing, bid preparation, bid analysis, bid process management, proposal drafting &
management.
Interaction and explaining project requirement to the Project Manager/production department
Excellent verbal and written skills. Should be able to interact with customer on phone / skype. Basic
education in English medium shall be preferable
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Outlook
Goal-oriented, self-motivated person that demonstrates integrity and pays close attention to detail
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills
Courteous, conscientious, professional in both presentation and appearance
Understanding of software requirements like application development, website development, SEO, web
applications, CRM, eCommerce needs etc.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospect and meeting targets on regular bases
Excellent Documentation Skills like SOW and Proposal Writing
Shall be flexible to work on rotational shifts
Experience in Negotiating and Closing deals
