- Handle Enquiries from customers regarding office space requirements
- Convincing customers to take up space
- Build Relationship with Business Partners
- Existing Client Account Management, Motive is to make sure all existing customers queries are handled
- Client Servicing
- Coordinate with all departments regarding Customer Project/Handing over the space on time
- Build a strong realtor network
Desired Profile/Skills
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Fresher) - Male Only
- Good Communication Skills and Presentable
- Good Convincing Skills
- Two wheeler must
- Must be billing to work in any of our properties in Bangalore (BTM, Kudlu Gate, Anepalya, Ulsoor & Richmond Town)
- Must be willing to meet realtors at their office

Novel Office is part of the Novel Group, established in 1993 in Dallas, TX, USA. We are in the business of Serviced Offices and provide fully furnished customizable offices with options of No lock-in and No deposit. We have developed a flexible layout concept; hence we can customize an office layout according to the customers requirement without any material wastage. Our business model is to buy vacant buildings, invest into interiors, market it to find tenants and then sell the building in the market. After we sell the building, we rent it back from the same buyer and continue running our serviced offices.Our business model is very unique and we do not have any competition in our business. Hence we grew from 300 seats to 6000 seats in just two years. We have now decided to grow this business and are in the expansion mode. We are currently having 5 centers in Bangalore and one in the US totaling to 7 lakhs Square Feet of office space. In the next 3 years, we intend to expand from 7 Lakhs Square Feet to 20 Lakhs Square Feet.
