ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: -
➢ Support on identification and acquisition of sites for providing ATM services under the “Indicash” brand under a separate agreement in the town and locality as decided by the Company.
➢ Collection of the documents from the prospective landlords/ owners/ tenants of the ATM sites confirming the title ownership of the site.
➢ Coordinating with Company and landlords/owners/tenants of the ATM site for execution of the agreement for the operations of ATM
➢ In case of termination of sites, to facilitate amicable closure with the landlord/owners/ tenants of the ATM site and supporting retrieval of the Company’s assets from the site.
➢ Coordinating between the Company and landlords/ owners/ tenants of the ATM site on the Company’s behalf to act as a Mentor to the landlords/ owners/ tenants of the ATM site for running daily operations of the ATMs under their supervision and control.
➢ Coordinating between the Company and landlord/owners/ tenants of the ATM site on their behalf to act as the first point of contact or Helpdesk to the landlord/owners for running daily operations of the ATMs under their supervision and control.
➢ Coordinating with Company and landlord/owners/ tenants of the ATM site for resolving any operational, technical, or any other issues in the management of the ATM
➢ Coordinating/ liaisoning with the local Bank, branches, and other local/central administrative bodies to ensure smooth operations at the ATMs under their supervision and control.
➢ Ensuring the statutory stickers/ papers are displayed as per the laws applicable.
➢ Conducting any marketing or other activities for the enhancement of the transaction as and when requested by the Company.
➢ Ensure local arrangement for marketing and launch of the site.
➢ Ensuring timely fixture of Point of sales (POS) materials as received from Company as per the guidelines given by Company; Removal of POS materials post the end of the promotion.
➢ To ensure that all the ATMs within the territory and scope of the Business Development Managers are visited by the Business Development Manager at least once a month to ensure the quality of Service under the terms of this Agreement and rules and guidelines provided by TCPSL for ATM operations.
