Job Description
- Identifying new sales lead and follow up with existing leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Social media research and marketing to identify new leads in potential markets.
- Research on current and future market trends and to implement.
- Contacting all leads and Customers via email or phone and set up meetings/ training.
- To assist companies acquire new customers.
- To assists the marketing on new initiatives and planning.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
- Preparing new quotes and proposals.
- Vendor Negotiation skills by phone, email, and in direct discussions.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training, Customer Support team members and sharing field knowledge with the team.
- Must be socially adapted. Willing to travel across India.
- Ability to solve Customer issues.
- Having the ability to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines and prioritizing skills
- Attentive to group discussions and listening skills.
- Must have good communication skills in English and any other local language as per the location.
- Excellent time management skills.
