Job Description

Business development for cloud & On Premise based CRM, HRMS.
Deals in HR module such as Attendance, Leave, Payroll, ESS, Mobile based attendance system with geo tagging, PMS & ATS.
Manage solution/software / complex sales cycles in a team (matrix) environment.
Take the lead role in consultative sales of high value solution business i.e. Security system which includes - Biometric devices, Access Control, HRMS Solution
Lead generation activity and schedule appointments with client for sales engagements for B2B process
Processing new sales leads by using different sources (Website, Online-Ads, Social media, Email-Marketing).
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
Responsible for in-bound customer/partner calls (complaints/queries). Maintaining MIS of calls received daily/weekly/monthly Logging in tickets for received complaints/queries towards concerned department Coordination with them for responding to these complaints and providing satisfactory resolution to customer/partner query Closing the loop and informing the customer that the query has been resolved within promised timelines.
Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers.
The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
