Responsibilities and Duties

•  The selected person should be able to grasp financial terminologies and would be responsible for telephonically connecting with potential clients who’ve approached the company for availing the financial and other services of the company.
  
•  The potential clients would need to be explained company’s products and services and how they would benefit them. Their simple doubts about the financial services and products would need to be clarified to them. Communication needs to be done respectfully and politely at all times.
  
•  The potential clients would need to be followed up regularly in a subtle and decent manner till they are converted as clients. A record of such interactions would need to be kept on computers.
  
•  Preparation of appropriate marketing strategies to convert the prospects and implementing them is an important part of the job.
  

• Qualification: Minimum graduate. Graduate in a Finance or Marketing field would be given a preference.
  
• Excellent communication skills and convincing power. A good understanding of human behavior, positive attitude towards client service, maturity and soft-spoken demeanor are non-negotiables. A fair command over spoken English is desirable.
  
• Experience: 1-4 years in a similar job
