JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for Business Development Manager (BDM) for Travel & MICE. 
  
• Shatakshi Group is seeking self-motivated, reliable candidate with a passion for growth and development within the system. 
  
• As a BDM, he/she will be responsible for researching, brainstorming and implementing marketing and sales strategies for business development.
  

• E-marketing for travel related products.
  
• Marketing and sales of Shatakshi Group properties (Hotel/Camps/ Houseboats) across India.
  
• Marketing and sales of Shatakshi Group domestic and international packages.
  
• Marketing and sales of Shatakshi Group MICE vertical.
  
• Identify, monitor and maintain B2B channels of Shatakshi Group.
  
• Promoting products online.
  
• Maintaining client relations with companies both National and International.
  
• Handling marketing communications.
  
• Identifying marketing opportunities.
  
• Develop and manage sales, Market research and competition tracking.
  
• Identifying new streams for revenue growth and developing sale plans to achieve set targets.
  
• Developing new strategies to increase web traffic on Shatakshi Group web page.
  
• Coordination and supply chain management with reservations and back-end.
  
• To manage and escort group departures in India.
