- Looking for a business development manager for a US staffing company.
- Include maintain relationships with clients and build additional relationships with new clients and manage client requirements and staffing expectations.
- Placement of consultants at client sites
- Work with Clients and Vendors to generate leads and requirements.
- Sourcing requirements to sub vendors and subcontractors.
- Managing a team of junior recruiters.
- Ability to interact, develop Vendor network.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
- Helps in growth and expansion of the company’s services.
- Analyze the client's requirements, discuss and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile explanation, sourcing techniques and strategies and in executing the agreement.
