Job title – Business Development Manager
Report to - Head operations.
Job overview –
Business development executive is a very crucial role, he is the face of the organization meeting the customers and his core function would be providing satisfactory services to the customers consistently and develop business for the company in his given territory.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.BDM core function would be selling and increasing the depth and width of the distribution.
2. He would be responsible for product placements at Maximum outlets within his assigned territory.
3.. He would be following up with supply chain teams to ensure the order booked is supplied as per the promised delivery date to the customers or retailers.
4. Range selling and visual merchandising would also be part of his job.
5. Rapport building with the Retailers and consumers would be one of the key requirements for BDE to fulfil.
5. Launching trade schemes and consumer promotions would be one of the key responsibility of the BDE
6. He would be responsible to achieve sales targets, range selling targets.
7. He would shoulder the responsibility for universe expansion and sustain the growth in his assigned territory.
Requirements.
1. He must have a bike and a smartphone
2. Must know the local language.
3. Must have FMCG or sales experience.
4. Must have a positive attitude.
