Job Description
Applicants from chemistry, biotech, pharma and associated science background might find it a bit easier, but applicants from other backgrounds are welcome to apply if they are willing to spend time to understand the platform
- You will be mainly onboarding vendors from across Asia, it will all be done remotely via email or occasional Skype
- Supporting them once they are onboard
- Research specific partners and vendors in the biotech and pharmaceutical space
- Help with creating research reports and other marketing materials
- Impeccable communication skills
- Have tact. Ability to convince users and at the same time, ability to tell them no without making them mad
- Have humility and patience
- Be unflappable. No flaps whatsoever
- Be a sleuth. A new age Nancy Drew or Sherlock, who can sniff out problems in a complex ecosystem
- Above all, be truthful and sincere
