Job Description
1. Calling, Visiting new companies for Manpower Outsourcing.
2. Coordinating with Payroll Managers of companies to explore opportunities of manpower outsourcing.
3. Sending company’s introduction, agreement, proposals, documents for converting prospects into clients.
4. Follow-up with customer until closure of agreement.
5. Motivating & supporting recruitment team in building sourcing network new company locations, attend interviews and getting candidates shortlisted.
6. Ensure timely payment of invoices from customers.
7. Giving online Demonstration of HRMS and other applications.
8. Sourcing of relevant data from multiple sources, validation of data, populating data in system and integration with multiple point of contacts.
9. New client setup & employee’s documentation, data management, documents collation, coordination at locations and discussing new project details.
10. Internal hiring of Team members and motivating them to achieve their daily & monthly target.
11. CRM Application Management for handling leads, meeting, responses, proposal, agreements, etc.
12. Employee’s Induction & Joining documentation, Aadhaar, ID cards, Attendance & Biometric, Bank a/c Opening, Trainings, etc.
13. Generating leads through digital Marketing tools like SEO, SMO, PPC, Content Development for various platforms, Development & implementation of email marketing campaigns, Sms campaigns, Promotional Material Preparation-Catalogue & Brochures, News / Media blogging, articles, Google Adword, Facebook, Linked in Marketing, etc.
14. Creating PDF documents and PPT presentations as per industry.
15. Forum & Online Seminar participation, invitation, coordination through what’s app groups.
16. Video Creation & Promotion through Social Media Platforms.
17. Monthly Newsletter distribution through Email Marketing Campaign
18. Customer’s & compliance Audit management related to PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF, etc.
19. Serve as a link between management, customers and employees by handling questions.
