Job Description:
1. Attain Volume, OCI and market share targets with overall sales budget responsibility.2. Plan and execute sales' volume by assessing available opportunities.3. Perform as a futuristic leader with superior market knowledge to break through financialtargets.4. Develop and implement sales strategies.5. Drive solutions based sales across industry sectors in both greenfield and brownfieldenvironments.6. Overall responsibility for leading client engagements from pre-sales to solution design toconversion to project delivery as Business Development person.7. Ability to build and maintain relationships at CXO level.8. Exceptional communication skills and perspective to create a consistent, growth-basedmomentum in the team.9. Responsibility for development, management and growth of our partner ecosystem
The Successful Applicant will have:
1. MBA with 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, MBA from a premier/Tier 1 college addedadvantage.2. Experience working in high-growth and/or early stage company environments.3. Expert presentation, analytical, meeting management, process definition, andcommunication skills.4. A willingness to travel and spend sufficient time on the road to understand the business.5. Highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven.6. Highly adaptable and excited to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Renumeration: 8 to 10 lakhs per annum + Incentives + Option to participate in Equity.Location: Noida, FilmCityOpportunity to work in a fast paced, high growth innovative organization.Your personal and professional growth will be our focus.
