Job Details :-As a Business Development Manager specializing in holiday homes, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities within the holiday home rental market. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new properties, fostering partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in desirable vacation destinations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Market Research and Analysis:*

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential holiday home opportunities in various locations.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective business strategies.
2. *Property Acquisition:*

- Identify and establish relationships with property owners interested in renting out their homes as holiday accommodations.

- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements for property listings, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality offerings.
3. *Partnership Development:*

- Collaborate with local businesses, tourism boards, and travel agencies to form strategic partnerships aimed at promoting holiday home rentals.

- Develop co-marketing initiatives and referral programs to drive bookings and increase brand visibility.
4. *Sales and Revenue Generation:*

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.

- Actively promote holiday home listings through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and targeted marketing campaigns.
5. *Customer Relationship Management:*

- Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the rental process.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. *Operational Efficiency:*

- Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes related to property management, booking systems, and guest services.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the hospitality or real estate industry, preferably with a focus on vacation rentals.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Results-driven approach with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Flexibility to travel frequently and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
