Job Description
AWilli Group – Global staffing & recruitment solutions for Europe, with offices in Germany, Ireland, UK & more, hiring Business Development Manager for Europe market.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, engage and onboard corporate clients in Germany, Ireland and the UK who need high-quality staffing, trades and engineering personnel.
- Develop and execute business development plans to open new accounts and grow revenue from European markets.
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Project Leads) across Europe.
- Collaborate with AWilli’s global offices (Germany/Austria, Ireland/UK, Switzerland) to deliver localised staffing solutions.
- Track leads, pipeline and achieve measurable targets: new clients, contract value, market share in Europe.
What we’re looking for:
- Based in India, and preferably with an existing network or experience selling into Germany, Ireland and/or UK markets (either directly or via remote/online).
- Excellent business-to-business (B2B) sales skills, strong negotiation, and fluent in English. German language skills are a plus (but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment industry or project staffing solutions is preferred.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working remotely, across time-zones and with international teams.
- Results-driven: able to deliver new business from European clients (not just servicing India or domestic clients).
- Comfortable with travel or remote engagement with European stakeholders when required.
